Description:

Identify individuals and agencies to offer programs and services at designated community school for children and adults, and to facilitate communication and coordination between program providers, school personnel and families.  Ensure that the social support programs and services offered through this effort relate to and support the school’s academic program. 

Full-time/35hrs.week

Requirements:

Two years of college with a minimum of six years related experience required.  Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years experience in art education, social services or community development, and experience in collaborative partnerships and fundraising preferred.  Basic computer skills that include word processing, spreadsheet and database management.
