| Description: | Supervise Case Management and Family Advocate Staff in planning and implementing casework, assessment, and treatment services for children and their families in a sibling foster care program. Monitor staff case management activities by reviewing SACWIS notes and other documentation. Chair Child and Family Team Meetings. Provide weekly supervision to staff. Assist staff in analyzing case problems and improving their diagnostic and helping skills; assist in crisis situations. Responsible for the supervision of the permanency planning and the client service plan process for each child and family to ensure that their needs are met. Full-time/35hrs.week |
| Requirements: | MSW or related degree from human services field. Must be CERAP and LCSW certified and a Licensed Direct Child Welfare Employee with the state of Illinois. At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Must possess an automobile, appropriate insurance and a valid Illinois driver’s license. |
